When I eat at Chinese restaurants with non-Asian friends, I’ve noticed they often struggle to figure out what certain dishes might taste like, and it’s hard to guess the flavors just from certain names or a pictures. To make things easier (and less intimidating), I created a set of menu cards with illustrations of the dishes and bar charts showing the flavor profiles.
